THANK YOU - THANK YOU for all the computer printer cartridges that have been turned into $$ for APECA. This recycling project has been successful as a small, yet stable, source of much-needed funds to help sustain Gina Low's work in the isolated villages along the Amazon in Peru.
Another option is to purchase new remanufactured cartridges at Crazy Inkjets, 4867 Topanga Canyon Blvd. (near Dumetz). Be sure to mention APECA, and a percentage of your computer/printer supplies will be donated to APECA.
BBQ scrip is still available for JV's BBQ and Grill in Calabasas to benefit APECA. I't is available in $30 and $50 increments. Enjoy some for you Labor Day festivities.
The "C" in APECA stands for Conservation, and protecting and conserving the Rainforest is a primary goal of APECA. Recycling is good for the environment and is an easy way to support APECA. Please deposit your used inkjet cartridges in the basket in the Narthex.
Thanks for all the computer cartridges, keep them coming

It works all over Los Angeles, it's simple to sign up for and anyone can have access to it, the church and NS as well. Just go to
http://www.nixle.com/ and follow instructions to sign up. I've already had a couple of notifications, so I know it works.
